Colleen came to pole and fitness in general later in life (29) and after a serious motorcycle accident that shattered her right leg. Her teaching style and methods for training are a mix of  functional movement (on and off the pole), physical therapy, and contortion. She firmly believes that everyone can improve their flexibility and level of fit-ness. As a life-long teacher/trainer she excels at providing options for movement, unique verbal and physical cues, a solid foundation of biomechanics and neurobiomechanics, and encouraging her students to develop their own movement style.
