Do backbends scare you? Let's break them down! We’ll start by regulating our nervous system, then we’ll do different mobility-informed drills to practice pieces separately before putting it all together with lots of options and entries.
Attendees will leave with a greater understanding of what their body needs to work on to achieve this shape.
