Whether you're brand new to movement or returning to pole dancing after a break, this 4-week series is designed to build your confidence, strength, and foundational skills. It’s perfect for first-time movers looking for a supportive entry point into pole, as well as experienced students who want to revisit and refine essential techniques.
Throughout the series, you’ll learn key pole grips, transitions, and beginner-friendly tricks like the pole sit, pole stand, forearm grip, figurehead, Jasmine, and Genie—all of which are crucial for safely progressing into more dynamic classes like Climb & Spin.
Expect a total-body workout that emphasizes proper form, technique, and safety, all in a welcoming environment with fellow beginners. By the end of the four weeks, you’ll feel stronger, more confident, and well-prepared to continue your pole practice.
Consistency is key! Attendance in all episodes of the series is integral to a strong foundation for your pole journey.
