In this 4-week specialized course, we’ll deep dive into the art of pole grip—because a solid grip is the foundation of confident movement.

  • Explore essential grip techniques for spins, climbs, and holds

  • Strengthen your hands, wrists, and forearms with targeted conditioning exercises

  • Learn effective stretching practices to improve flexibility and prevent overuse injuries

  • Get hands-on with a variety of pole grip aids (liquid chalk, tacky grip, and more) to discover what works best for your body and skin

Each week will build progressively, incorporating beginner-friendly moves and more advanced variations tailored to your experience level. You'll walk away with a better understanding of how to grip smarter—not harder—and how to support your pole journey with the right techniques and tools.
