Ready to feel good in your body and unlock your flexibility at your own pace?
This all-levels stretch class is designed to help you warm up, unwind, and gently challenge your range of motion — no matter where you're starting from.

Each session includes a full-body warm up and stretch to get you moving, followed by focused flexibility work (like front splits, middle splits, shoulders, or backbends). Whether you’re brand new to stretching or working toward deeper goals, this class meets you where you are. We’ll explore how your body moves, build healthy muscle length, and help you move with more freedom and confidence.

What to bring
■ A yoga mat (or rent one when you arrive)
■ A foam roller (optional but helpful!)
■ Layers to stay cozy as you warm up and cool down
