Welcome, parents who pole! This is an inclusive space designed for new parents to reconnect with their bodies and their pole community. This class offers an opportunity to move, stretch, and enjoy the pole in a relaxed, supportive environment where babies and toddlers are welcome! Whether you're a seasoned poler or brand new, join us to build strength with a focus on your core muscles, connect with other parents, and reconnect with pole. This class is all about self-care and community for parents especially in the postpartum period but anyone with little kids who has been struggling to make it to class or find time for pole is welcome!
We will start with a flexibility-based warm up, followed by pole strengthening moves, and a short flow designed to be beginner friendly with progressions.
*To take this class you can either use an Open Pole pass or pay what you can at the door*
