*This class requires a prerequisite of 3-5 Intro to Pole classes
*A foundation in Climb Prep and Beneficial Basics material is strongly recommended (pole sit, pole stand, jasmine, genie, figurehead, and forearm grip)
*Familiarity with figurehead, jasmine, genie, climb, pole sit, and pole stand are highly recommended in order for students to get the most out of this class
*This class requires skin exposure from the mid-thigh down
Spin, climb, and build your strength in this class. We take your Intro skills to the new heights in this class as you pursue your journey towards climbing the pole and we prepare you for inversions (being upside down). You will get an incredible work-out building your strength, flexibility, and self awareness, while learning new pole dance positions and transitions. Consistent practice will make the journey easier.
