Chair Flow explores the art of chair dance as both a sensual form of movement and total body workout. Chair dance involves collaboration of floor work, conditioning, and dance in and around the chair. Class will include choreography and freestyle, and will help you build confidence with sensual movement.
Beginner friendly! Prior dance experience is helpful but not necessary.
Kneepads are recommended also available to borrow in the studio.
Layers are a must!
Wear leggings or stockings that allow the legs to glide freely about the chair. Refrain from clothes that match your chair and have textiles that are too slick or slippery to grip the chair (leather, pleather, silk).
Keep Your Shirt On - Tops that cover your back and shoulders are encouraged for slip and to avoid friction.
