Open to all pole dancers!
We all need to work on our climb, no matter how long we've been pole dancing! Check out this intensive to start climbing the pole or help train and refine your pole climb. We will use focused exercises to strengthen our grip and form for climbing the pole, and cover different techniques of getting up the pole. 
*This class requires skin exposure from mid-thigh down.
